The day kicks off with the much-anticipated Fourth of July Parade, where locals and visitors line the streets to witness a dazzling display of floats, marching bands, and colorful costumes. Following the parade, the festivities continue at Howelsen Hill, where families and friends gather for a day of fun-filled activities. From live music performances to food vendors and face painting, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. This year, the Pro Rodeo Series falls on the 4th, an especially festive way to end the holiday! As the sun sets, the anticipation builds for the highly anticipated drone show at the base of Steamboat Ski Reort. The night sky lights up with a spectacular display of lights, reflecting off the Yampa River and creating a magical atmosphere.
