Four Seasons Steamboat has been operating in the Yampa Valley since 2007. Our customer service, housekeeping and maintenance teams are year-round, full time Steamboat locals. Our team is made up of experienced, local professionals who all share one common purpose: to provide our homeowners and our guests with friendly, knowledgeable service and quality accommodations. Whether you are a guest visiting Steamboat Springs for the first time, or a Steamboat homeowner looking for personalized, detail oriented vacation rental management, we will provide you with a personal, authentic experience. We love to share our knowledge of our beautiful home with you and maybe if you are lucky, we will share a few of our secret fishing holes or ski runs.

Doug and family moved to the Steamboat Springs from the Washington DC area in 2003, and hasn’t looked back since. An avid user of most outdoor opportunities the Yampa Valley has to offer, Doug is particularly fond of downhill and back country skiing, mountain biking and fly fishing.
Cathy Starkey

When Cathy’s is not hiking with a friend, you may find her camping with family at Pearl Lake, taking a yoga class at Old Town Hot Springs, or sitting by the river soaking in the sun for happy hour. Of course skiing is what brought her and her family to town 17 years ago and she has never regretted the move from the DC area. Cathy is the lead on reservations, guest management, accounting and owner communications. Owning a family business, talking to guests and sharing local knowledge with vacationers is what Cathy loves to do and the reward is a happy guest experience in Steamboat.
Chris Lotz
General Manager
Chris is the General Manager at Four Seasons Steamboat. He has been lucky enough to call Steamboat home since his childhood. After marrying his high school sweetheart, he is living out his dream of raising a family in his beloved hometown. Chris loves getting outdoors in all seasons of the year, and some of his favorite hobbies include rock climbing, cycling, back country skiing, fishing, and hunting.
