Elevate your experience from start to finish by booking into Memories on Mountaineer while you’re here. This welcoming and luxurious 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome sprawl across three fantastic levels and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests at a time. The ideal destination for a getaway with family or friends, Memories on Mountaineer keeps you close to the Steamboat fun while providing those comforting amenities that guests crave during a trip far from home.
When you’re not out enjoying the best of downhill adventures in the winter or making the most of hiking trails in the warm summer months, guests who book into Memories on Mountaineer can savor time in the NEW private hot tub ( Spring 2022) found on the sprawling deck of this property’s exterior. Booking a stay here also provides access to fun community features including the outdoor pool that sits just adjacent to the home (only for guests staying at Memories on Mountaineer, not friends of guests!). Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and during ski season. If you’ve arrived in Steamboat Springs with a vehicle, guests will love the access to the 2-car garage provided at Memories on Mountaineer. Prefer to leave the car behind? This home away from home comes with easy access to a looping ski shuttle that sweeps you to and from the ski resort.
Interior Amenities
Stepping inside Memories on Mountaineer is an experience in space, light, and mountain-inspired style. The primary living room in this home is located on the second level of the property alongside the dining room, kitchen, and deck access. In the living room, guests will find a plush sofa and matching armchairs topped with throw pillows and settled in front of an impressive stone-framed fireplace. A sleek natural wood coffee table is made to match the flooring below the sofas while above, the overall sense of space is enhanced with vaulted ceilings. Glass doors provide a seamless connection between the living room and deck, framing the view and bringing the outdoors in at all times.
The kitchen sits just off to the right of the living room and offers up much in the way of ample counter space as well as additional seating options at the extended breakfast bar. Wood cabinetry is paired with stainless steel appliances and decorative jars sit on top of the cabinets to incorporate unique splashes of color.
The lower level of the home is where visitors will find access to the garage and entryway. This level also hosts an ensuite bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with 1 day bed with a trundle and 1 twin bunk bed, perfect for those traveling with little ones!

When you’re ready for a good night’s sleep, the primary bedroom in this home is found on the third floor and includes access to a quiet seating area, a plush bed set, and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. On the second level of the property, guests will find a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath as well as the washer and dryer combo when it’s time to get things clean and organized. Memories on Mountaineer is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can’t abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $3,000 and a cleaning fee.
