Four Seasons Steamboat invites you to Pronghorn Peak, a dog friendly property in our vacation rental home family. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom single family home in Steamboat Springs, sleeps 10 and includes a private 6 person hot tub, 2 car garage, and 2 separate decks allowing options for sun or shade during your stay. Open, airy,  multi-level, each guest can enjoy privacy in their sleeping quarters and then gather together to make lasting memories on the main level. Comfortable seating around a gas fireplace, accommodations for 8 at the dining table and a large kitchen await you in this Steamboat Springs home. Sit and have morning coffee on the deck or take a soak in the hot tub before heading out for Steamboat adventures with your furry friend. Updated in May of 2024, the living room, dining room and kitchen floors have been refinished back to their original look!! New carpeting in the bedrooms are another recent upgrade along with fresh paint throughout!

The sleeping options at this property are spread out over 3 floors. The primary bedroom is on the main level and includes a Brand New (Dec 2025) king size bed and door to a shaded private second deck. The ensuite custom bathroom has double vanities, and a separate tub and shower. Head up 1 flight of stairs and outside the bedroom on this level is a nook with a desk if you need a private space to complete work while in town. The bedroom on this level has a brand new (Dec 2025) queen size bed and a twin bunk bed, perfect for all the kids to bunk together along with a private bathroom with a standing shower. From the main level, if you head down 1 flight of stairs it takes you to the lower level where you will find 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed (brand new bed Dec 2025 in bedroom on left)and a large shared bathroom complete with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. On this level you will also find the full size washer and dryer and the door to the 2 car garage. The garage has storage space for all your gear, summer or winter! 

The gondola base is a 7 minute walk away and provides restaurants and bars along with winter access to the Steamboat Ski Resort or summer activities along Burgess Creek. There is a pet fee associated with bringing a dog to this property, which is non-negotiable. Parking for 2 car garage and 2 cars in the driveway, no on street parking, NO RV's or trailers!!

Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
