Lazy Bear, NEW to our rental portfolio, is a 3 level, 3 bedroom and four and half bathroom townhome offering an incredibly comfortable layout and family friendly feel. You will find your indoor, private hot tub and sauna just after entering our townhome from the comfort of the 2 car garage.  We also have a bathroom on this lower level, allowing guests to wash off before and after enjoying the hot tub and sauna. The flowing main level is where you find the updated kitchen, the dining area, and large living space. Plenty of seating is available to gather in the living area around a large gas fireplace. Creating gourmet meals is a breeze with the fully stocked kitchen. There are two decks off the main level, with a gas grill on the deck closest to the kitchen for easy grilling. You can find the washer/dryer and a half bath on the main floor as well. For those warmer days, air conditioning is available throughout the property, an amenity not all properties in town have. 

All three of the bedrooms in this property are located on the top level our townhome. A little nook with an arcade game greets you at the top of the stairs! Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Each bedroom also features their own AC unit, a TV, and oversized closets.  Lazy Bear is located close to the activities on the mountain, skiing, biking, hiking etc. and is one of the closer townhomes to the POOL area. We also feature a winter only daytime shuttle that makes loops to the ski area,  730a-5p.

Lazy Bear is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries.  Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated.  We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can’t abide by quiet hours, please look at booking another property. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation.  Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $1,500 and a cleaning fee.
