Sun and Snow is an updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Dulany at the Gondola property that is a 2 minute walk to the gondola, plus *winter only* on demand shuttle within city limits 830a-1030p, and 2 on site hot tubs, fire pit, ski locker storage, and plenty of room for the whole family!
This 3rd level south valley facing unit sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and sitting deck to enjoy the afternoon sun. The Jr. Primary bedroom also has a king size bed, ensuite bath and vaulted ceiling with a fan for those warmer nights. The 3rd bedroom contains a twin bed plus a twin over a full bunk bed, perfect sleeping accommodations for all the kids. A separate hall bath is just across the 3rd bedroom and located next to the laundry closet complete with a stackable washer and dryer.
The living space in this property has a vaulted ceiling, a cozy gas fireplace and plenty of seating for everyone to watch the big game or your favorite movie! The deck off the living area is an inviting spot for morning coffee. A fully stocked kitchen is available providing all the essentials to make gourmet meals, plus the breakfast bar seats 3, and allows your junior chefs to be a part of the meal prep and planning. **Due to insurance regulations, gas grills are no longer allowed at this property. However, a communal grill is available for guests to use during their stay.**
