Those that enjoy spending time in the fresh air will be thrilled by the fact that this townhome offers views of the ski area and Yampa River while also hosting its own pond on-site. It’s easy to stroll down to the Botanical gardens from this destination or fish in the Yampa River.

The sofa is topped with decorative throw pillows and is paired with a wooden chest coffee table, rustic accent lamps, modern armchair, and gas stove. New (summer 2023) flooring throughout this room creates a seamless transition to the dining area hosting a new table for enjoying meals together. You can find the half bath just as you enter the condo along with the full size washer and dryer down the hall on the way to the living space.
