It’s easy to stroll down to the Botanical gardens from this destination or fish in the Yampa River.

Unassigned, first come, first served, outdoor parking available for the complex. You are allowed to park 1 vehicle in front of the unit and any other vehicles must be parked in the resident overflow parking area, map will be included at the property to show you were this is. PER THE HOA, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS OR RV'S ALLOWED. 

Interior Amenities:
Stepping inside Indian Meadows Getaway is an experience in space and comfort design. The primary living space and kitchen sit on the main level of the townhome while bedrooms can be accessed on the second floor.

The living room in Indian Meadows Getaway features a plush and comfortable brown leather sofa backed by large windows that allow for ample light flow. The sofa is topped with decorative throw pillows and is paired with a wooden chest coffee table, rustic accent lamps, modern armchair, and gas stove. New (summer 2023) flooring throughout this room creates a seamless transition to the dining area hosting a new table for enjoying meals together. You can find the half bath just as you enter the condo along with the full size washer and dryer down the hall on the way to the living space.

The spacious kitchen in Indian Meadows Getaway is a great place to whip up a snack or prepare a savory home-style meal. A combination of dark and white cabinetry is well-paired with the original earth-tone tiles that make cleanup a breeze. 

Resting up for Fun Ahead:
Getting a good night’s rest is practically guaranteed for those that book into Indian Meadows Getaway. Bedroom number 1 in this property has a queen mattress while the 2nd bedroom includes a full size bed. The third bedroom in this townhome boasts a queen and single mattress, ideal for those traveling with little ones in tow. The new flooring extends up the stairs, throughout this level. Tasteful comforters and cozy linens make it simple to enjoy sweet dreams during your Steamboat Stay. Indian Meadows is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries.  Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated.  We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
