Welcome to High Expectations! High Expectations is 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome located in the Evergreen neighborhood, close enough to the base for an easy walk to Gondola Square for skiing, dining or the transit center to take you downtown for shopping. A great spot for a large group or multiple families, this roomy vacation home is spread out over three different levels with over 2,500-square-feet. The main living level has a gas fireplace in the living room and is open to the dining area and kitchen making it a great spot to hang out after skiing and enjoying the mountains surrounding Steamboat Springs. 

The sleeping options are spread out over 3 levels allowing privacy for each guest. The primary suite takes up the top floor of High Expectations. The large primary suite has its own gas fireplace, king size bed, spacious ensuite bathroom and a private deck with ski mountain views. On the ground level you will find a bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom, plus the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. The final two bedrooms are on the main living level (2nd floor).  The third bedroom suite has a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.  The bunk room has a single twin over a queen bed.  There is a full bathroom in the hall outside the bunk room.  

The proximity to the base area allows a quick walk to access all the activities offered day or night without waiting for a shuttle to get you there. We are a one minute walk to the Wild Plum Market, Apres Burger Bistro and the Storm Peak beer garden!  Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the communal pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure in the mountains. The one car garage offers plenty of places to store your gear and there is additional room in the driveway for 1 additional car.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection for up to $3000 and a cleaning fee.
