Welcome to Happy Haven, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy condo located in The Rockies complex of Steamboat Springs! On the ground level, this unit has all the conveniences you would want for a stay summer or winter in Steamboat. Heated communal pool and hot tubs, exercise room, ping pong table and laundry facilities are all available for your use while staying at Happy Haven! This property is undergoing a refresh with a new couch, side chair, LVP flooring throughout plus many decorative updates! New pictures coming Fall 2026
Walk into the property to the living space, with a pull out queen size sleeper sofa, facing the TV with views out the sliding glass doors. Those working in the kitchen can be a part of the conversation with the open breakfast bar looking into the living area. The bedroom includes a king size bed, TV and humidifier for comfortable sleeping. Conveniences such as built in cabinets in the living space and in the kitchen make organization a breeze while staying in this unit. Ski storage in a locker right outside the front door keeps your gear out of the condo and neat and tidy. The free city bus route goes right by this complex, taking you to the ski area and back. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
