Downhill Den is a beautiful updated condo nestled at the base of Mt. Werner, walking distance to the gondola, in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. There is plenty of room for your family with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living space with sweeping views of the Yampa Valley. This condo is ideal for families, couples or friends looking to truly get away in a serene mountain setting.  

Located at the Lodge at Steamboat, the property is updated, spacious and inviting. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin over full bunk bed. The condo has granite throughout and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The style is mountain with some western flair. There is ample seating at the dining table plus 4 seats at the breakfast bar. Plan to relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy the views of the Yampa Valley through the large picture windows. There is also a quiet balcony accessed from the living room or master bedroom and a stackable washer and dryer in the unit.

Downhill Den is located only 200 yards to the gondola and has wonderful property amenities such as 4 outdoor hot tubs, one indoor tub located next to the condo and a heated outdoor pool (closed during off season) along with a ski locker just outside your front door. It also has a winter only On Call Shuttle 8a-1030p. Guests have full access to the condo as well as property amenities. Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
