Summer 2023 complete remodel of the kitchen and 3 of 4 of the bathrooms make the home even more inviting and updated! This 3-bedroom, 4-bath duplex is ideal for groups of friends or families. Situated near the base of the ski area, Bluebird Days can easily accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comes with the added benefit of surroundings dotted by towering trees, mountains and includes ski storage for 5 at the base of the mountain for your convenience.
Guests are often thrilled to find that Bluebird Days enjoys a location at the end of a private driveway and offers access to a 2-car garage which is particularly welcoming for winter season travelers. The exterior of Bluebird Days hosts a sprawling deck, perfect for those looking forward to moments of savoring the view. Here, you can take time to unwind settle in lounge furniture or take it to the next savory level and use the on-site gas grill to serve up something delicious in the open air.

Walking into Bluebird Days, guests will immediately notice the sense of space, brightness, and warm welcome that await. Featuring an open concept floorplan, Bluebird Days is also designed to frame the view thanks to large windows throughout. The second level living space in this duplex contains a combination of two brown leather sofas settled on plush carpeting and situated in front of a cozy stone fireplace and a large flat-screen television for added entertainment value. Vaulted wood-paneled ceilings are matched by the central coffee table and natural wood railings throughout.
Those planning on spending ample time cooking during their stay will enjoy time in the completely remodeled brand new kitchen! Situated just behind the living room and separated by the dining room table, the kitchen features fantastic light wood cabinetry paired with modern appliances. Additional barstool seating is available at the extended breakfast bar making it simple for everyone to settle in and enjoy a meal. Above the dining room table, guests can admire an intricate antler chandelier that brings in the mountain-chic touch to the aesthetic.
When it’s time to get a good night’s rest, guests will find 2 bedrooms situated off the walk-in level hallway and each enjoys a private bath. The first bedroom hosts a queen bed while the second bedroom hosts the same alongside an additional set of bunk beds. The primary bedroom with a king bed is found on the upper level of the home and includes the REMODELED ensuite bath with double vanities, and shower. Please be aware that this unit only includes parking for 2 regular sized cars in the garage. There is room for additional cars in the spring, summer and fall. In the winter if you have additional cars and block snow removal operations or other units on this awesome private cul-de-sac you may be towed at your expense with no warning. Oversized trucks and additional vehicles over the two cars that fit in the garage will need to park off site if the vehicles can not be parked without blocking snow removal for this cul-de-sac. Off site parking is not included with your reservation. Trailers of any kind are not allowed. If you have questions about parking please ask us
Bluebird Days is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can’t abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $1500 and a cleaning fee.
