Aprés on Yampa is a pet friendly (one dog under 80 pounds), ADA accessible, downtown condo located at the quiet end of Yampa Street. Enjoy this modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeping 6, with new furnishings, views of the Yampa River, and literally 25 steps from the Yampa River CoreTrail.  With a 1 car attached garage, this property is in a prime location winter or summer! The master suite has a king bed and the ensuite master bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a full top bunk bed over a queen bunk bed. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a twin roll away bed complete the sleeping options. A full second bathroom is next to the second bedroom. Spacious, clean, modern finishes for all your Steamboat Springs adventures.  Come aprés ski or aprés bike on Yampa! 

The attached, one car garage is suitable for most modern cars and smaller trucks, however it will not fit a full size pick up truck (Ford F150, etc).  Aprés on Yampa includes a parking pass for one of the first come, first served outdoor parking spaces for the entire complex if your vehicle is too big for the garage.  One dog under 80 pounds is allowed.   We love our canine family members, but this policy comes from the Homeowner's Association and does not include any exceptions.  Two small dogs do not equal one larger dog, sorry! 

Apres on Yampa is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries.  Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated.  We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can’t abide by quiet hours, please look at another one of our homes or give us a call or email to discuss. Thank you for your respect and understanding!

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation.  Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $1500 and a cleaning fee.
