The living room in this home offers up a warm and welcoming ambiance built by a NEW plush sleeper sofa and matching armchairs as well as a leather armchair, dark wood coffee table, and floor to ceiling bookshelves framing a large fireplace. The collection of living room furniture sits on a stylish area rug while large windows and vaulted ceilings add to the brightness factor and overall sense of space.
Those that love to cook while traveling will be thrilled with the kitchen in River View Villa. This culinary space includes dark wood cabinets, additional island seating at the extended counter, speckled granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The 8-person dining room table sits just off the kitchen and offers up a spacious place to savor meals while also taking in mountain views through the window.
When it’s time to get a great night’s rest, the options are ample in this property. Those that are lucky enough to claim the primary suite will enjoy an upper-level location that includes a fireplace, king bed, and primary bath complete with a jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood.
