Covid-19 Information

To Our Valued Guests:

Welcome back to Steamboat Springs!  Routt County and the State of Colorado lifted their ban on short term lodging on June 1st, and we are welcoming guests back to enjoy everything Steamboat Springs and the Yampa Valley have to offer.  You can read about our new cancellation policies in place to help us all stay flexible while dealing with COVID-19.   Steamboat Springs retail stores and restaurants are open for business again, and our hiking and biking trails are in spectacular shape.

 

Our Updated Cancellation Policy:

For Summer/Fall reservations through December 17, 2020

Cancelling a reservation 15 or more days prior to the arrival date results in a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancelling a reservation within 7-15 days of the arrival date results in a credit to be used at the same property within 1 year. (If the nightly fee is higher for the rebooked nights, the guest will pay the difference. If the nighty fee is lower for the rebooked nights, no refund will be applied). If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, then no refund or credit will be given. We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance when booking to ensure you won’t lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

For Winter arrivals, December 18, 2020 or after:
(Holiday period defined below as 12/18/20-1/2/21)

Cancelling a reservation 30 or more days prior to the arrival date (45 days or more for reservations during the Holiday period),  results in a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancelling a reservation within 7-29 days of the arrival date (30-44 days of the arrival date for the Holiday period), results in a credit to be used at the same property within 1 year. (If the nightly fee is higher for the rebooked nights, then the guest will pay the difference. If the nighty fee is lower for the rebooked nights, no refund will be applied). If you cancel within 7 days of arrival (within 30 days of arrival during the Holiday period), then no refund or credit will be given, unless the property is rebooked. You will receive 75% of the rebooked rental rate. We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won’t lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Health and safety is our top priority for our guests.  Should Steamboat Resort completely close during the Winter Season of 2020 -2021 due to COVID-19, Four Seasons Steamboat will refund any reservations impacted by Steamboat Resort’s COVID-19 closure.

How We’re Helping:

Please be assured we follow all Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) cleaning guidelines for COVID-19. Our professional housekeeping staff always use EPA-registered disinfectants to clean all surfaces in our vacation homes. No positive COVID-19 cases have been reported in any of our properties.
