Central Park Place is conveniently located between bustling downtown and the mountain, putting guests right in the heart of the fun. There’s no need to bring a vehicle when you book a stay here as Central Park Place enjoys walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the free bus service.

Beautiful views and plenty of options for getting out and about make Central Park Place the ideal stay whether you’re in town as a couple on a romantic retreat or looking to enjoy time away with friends and family. The condo enjoys a quiet and peaceful ambiance as well as a leaning towards mountain-chic style.

Stepping into Central Park Place, guests will appreciate the open-concept living design that’s paired with plenty of natural light to create a warm and bright ambiance. The living room in Central Park Place offers up a cozy place to settle in and includes a collection of dark leather sofas and matching armchairs nestled around a natural wood coffee table and a gas fireplace. Large windows in the living room provide a frame on a lush view outdoors while plush carpeting gives this space even more home-inspired comfort.

Those that love to cook while traveling will appreciate the comprehensive kitchen found in Central Park Place. Natural wood cabinetry is paired with earth-toned tiles as the backsplash while guests will also enjoy access to modern appliances with a black finish. The breakfast bar in the kitchen provides barstool seating for three as well as plenty of extra space for meal preparations. When it’s time to dine, guests can do so at the dining room table just behind the living room set or make their way out to the spacious deck for an alfresco moment.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation.  Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for up to $1500 and a cleaning fee.
