Try the Amputator IPA or the Sunshine Express, you won’t be sorry. These brews can be found on taps all over the city, but the brewery itself is a unique experience. Check out the wide variety of beers and Kombucha on tap, plus giant Jenga and other games! There is even a food truck in the parking lot to satisfy all over your bar snack cravings. Storm Peak has tons of wonderful beers, like the Gaper Pilsner, our favorite! When wanting to try them all, check our their flights. Four beers for only $10 is a deal we can get behind! The brewery is the perfect social beer hall, with a large bar and conveniently location — right next to How Ya Doin Pizza and Eats, some of the best pizza in the Boat! Storm Peak has all kinds of events, such as potlucks, yoga, ski pole building, sausage fests, and luaus.

Mountain Tap Brewery – 910 Yampa Street – (970) 879-6646
This incredible brewery sits right on Yampa Street! With craft beer and wood fired pizza in a downtown beer hall, this location is great for both beer drinking or a family dinner downtown. Right across the street from the Yampa River, Mountain Tap’s outdoor deck is a great place to hang out and enjoy beer, the sun, and the excitement of downtown Steamboat. Visit on Token Tuesday and receive a $1 token for every beer ordered to give to one of five local non-profits! It’s tough to beat the combination of beer and giving back to the community. Brewing beer in Steamboat since 2003, you can’t go wrong at “the hog”. With a diverse and incredible full menu, this restaurant is known for their brews and dining.
